Google User Data
When you connect a Google account, Gryffin accesses only the Google user data covered by the permissions you approve and needed for the features you choose to use. Depending on the connected feature, this may include your Google account identity and email address, read-only Google Analytics and Search Console reporting data, selected Google Drive files, or Google Calendar data. Gryffin uses this data only to provide, secure, support, and troubleshoot the requested Gryffin features.
Gryffin does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use Google user data to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models. Any disclosure to a service provider is limited to what is necessary to operate the requested feature and is subject to contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
Google User Data Retention and Deletion
Gryffin stores encrypted Google OAuth credentials and the selected account, property, file, or calendar identifiers while the connection remains active so that it can provide the requested integration. Google reporting data is retrieved as needed to generate requested reports and features. Gryffin retains Google user data only for as long as needed to provide the Service, maintain customer-requested work records, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect the Service.
Removing a Google connection from Gryffin or revoking Gryffin's access in your Google Account prevents new Google data from being collected through that connection. When a connection is removed from Gryffin, its stored OAuth credentials are deleted from active systems. Reports, tickets, calendar entries, or other work records that a customer intentionally created from Google data are not automatically deleted when the connection is removed because they form part of the customer's Gryffin workspace.
A user, workspace owner, or authorized customer administrator may request deletion of stored Google user data, connection credentials, or associated customer work records by contacting info@gryffin.com. Gryffin will verify the requester's authority and delete or de-identify the requested data unless retention is required by law or is necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcement of agreements. Residual copies in protected backups are isolated from normal use and are deleted as those backups expire under Gryffin's backup-retention cycle.
Slack Data
When a Slack workspace authorizes Gryffin, we may process the workspace and team identifiers, authorized user identifiers, and message, thread, link, and channel metadata that is available through the permissions approved during installation. Gryffin processes this information only to provide configured Slack intake, analysis, deduplication, ticket creation, synchronization, support, security, and troubleshooting features.
Gryffin does not sell Slack data and does not use Slack data to train general-purpose artificial intelligence models. When an enabled feature uses an artificial intelligence service to classify or summarize a request, the resulting output may be inaccurate and should be reviewed by a person before consequential use.
Slack data is retained only for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain the work records selected by the customer, meet legal obligations, and protect the service. A workspace owner or authorized customer administrator may request access, correction, export, or deletion by contacting info@gryffin.com. Disconnecting Slack prevents new Slack data from being collected but does not automatically delete work records that the customer chose to create in Gryffin.
